1. Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the charter date.
All prices are subject to change until payment is received in full.
Bookings made within 30 days or less of the charter date require full payment at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the charter date are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of 10%.

Cancellations made within 15-30 days of the charter date are eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds are available for cancellations made within 14 days of the charter date.
In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, the charter may be rescheduled based on availability. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be offered at the company’s discretion.

3. Charter Inclusions

The charter includes yacht rental, captain, crew, fuel for local cruising, and the use of onboard amenities as specified in the booking.
Some charters may include additional services such as food, beverages, and water activities. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details.

4. Guest Responsibilities

The maximum guest capacity must be strictly adhered to as stated in the booking confirmation.
All guests must comply with the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

5. Safety and Conduct

The use of illegal substances or excessive alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited onboard.
The captain reserves the right to terminate the charter if any guest’s behavior compromises the safety of the vessel or others on board, with no refund provided.
Guests must follow all safety guidelines provided by the captain and crew.

6. Liability

Cabo Luxury Boats (the “Company”) acts solely as an intermediary for yacht rental services and is not responsible for any direct operation or control of the yachts provided by third-party owners.
The Company shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the acts or omissions of the yacht owner or operator.

7. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or alterations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes, or any other unforeseen events.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico, and any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Mexican courts.

9. Agreement Acceptance

By booking a yacht charter with Cabo Luxury Boats, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination of services without refund.
